Refund policy

Thank you for shopping with DAT Girl — where style stays cute and affordable. We want you to love every item you receive. Because our boutique works with trusted suppliers, designers, and print-on-demand partners, our return guidelines vary slightly depending on the type of product purchased.

🔁 Eligible Returns

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery for the following situations:

  • Incorrect item received

  • Damaged or defective item

  • Major quality issue backed by photos

  • Missing or incomplete order

If your item qualifies, we will issue a refund or replacement depending on availability.

📸 Photos of the issue are required so we can file claims with our suppliers.

🚫 Non-Returnable Items

Because many of our items are fulfilled through multiple dropshipping partners, the following items cannot be returned unless damaged or defective:

  • Earrings and all pierced jewelry (for hygiene)

  • Custom printed items (Printify merch)

  • Clearance or final-sale items

  • Items delivered correctly with no defects

  • Any item without original packaging or tags

📦 Designer / Southwestern Luxe Items

Handcrafted pieces fulfilled through our New Mexico designer may be eligible for exchange depending on the situation. Please email us and we’ll review your request.

💳 Refunds

Once your return is approved:

  • Refunds are issued back to the original payment method

  • Processing time is typically 3–7 business days, depending on your bank

Shipping fees are non-refundable, unless the error was ours.

🚚 Return Shipping Costs

  • Customer is responsible for return shipping unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.

  • We will provide you with the correct return address based on the supplier who fulfilled your order.

(Do not return items to the DAT Girl business address unless instructed — different products ship from different partners.)

❗Order Cancellation

Orders can only be canceled within 2 hours of purchase. After that, suppliers may have begun fulfillment.
